This is a perfect mechanism for learning English! ESL ("English as a Second Language") classes should introduce students to video games that combine spoken voice with printed dialog. Amazon Trail is challenging, nonviolent, and complex enough to play many times without becoming redundant. As a bonus, students learn a little biology, history, and cultural anthropology for this region.
