I didn't actually have to use tech support because I'm not a Linux newbie. I only bought this to save myself some time because I already know how to set up a USB drive with iso, although I'm old school and still prefer R/W optical drives. I gave it 4 out of 5 for tech support because it comes with a paper and tells you to go to a website, but you can't expect a lot for the price point. I gave it an over all 4 out of 5 because unless it is including the yumi boot loader then I counted 17 and not 18 distros. Lastly it takes a while to get the desired distro loaded and that's not the install yet. (I already had opensuse 15 on my 1tb ssd and had to use a gparted disk to shrink it so I could actually multiboot more than 1 or 2 distros) anyway, this is fun stuff for me, sure did save me some time and it was awesome that a rescue and an antivirus was installed on that USB, very handy. This is a keeper, I think it might be daunting for a Linux first timer though, it shouldn't be, but it probably is. I should really give this 5 out of 5, but I'm being nit picky.
