    I downloaded the software and when I click on the app to open I got the message "recommend move to trash damaged software." I tried several times to download and got the same message every time. Searched Amazon site to contact someone to get a refund and could not find any chat or phone number. This is the first time I have been disappointed by Amazon!

    I used Quicken for Home and Business on a Mac. Had to run Parallels and run it on the Windows side to make it work. Ugh! This simple software writes excellent invoices which are easy to complete, edit, and mail. I have a small business and sell approximately 20 different products. This product handles it beautifully and runs on a Mac. Home and Business was costing $140 per year.

    I purchased this and it said it was just a trial period and that it was up! 100 bucks down the drain ! No where do I see to call a customer service rep. First time I have had an issue with Amazon purchase . Won’t be doing anything like this again . Better to have the cd of owner ship

    As I get used to it, I find I'm liking it better. I am still having problems getting it to email the invoice and am not sure what I'm doing wrong. I am not a computer pro, so easier to understand instructions would help.

    I've bought NCH related software many times and this is the first time I've been totally disappointed. Using Windows 10, I find that I'm asked repeatedly for proof of purchase; worse, I cannot find a way to include my company name on the top of the invoice. I find boxes for customers, their addresses, telephone numbers, quantity and other boxes, but none for me, my business name and address. So it's worthless to me and I'm tired of trying to get it to work. Two stars is generous as I see it. I bought it directly from NCH, not Amazon.

    I'm using it all right BUT when you go to apply a payment, the customer list does not show up in alphabetical order and you have to search for the customer you want to apply the payment for. The support is very very poor. I have sent them suggestions on more than one occasion over the last 6 months and have not had a reply. It's like on my last request I typed "HEY...IS ANYBODY HOME HERE"!!!

    After buying the invoice software on amazon, I tried downloading to my Mac ( Bought 6 Months ago)
    Message keep popping up "damage software" I tried different browsers and rebooting. Can't get in contact with anyone for help.

    Product let’s you download and once you open it computer says “damaged file recommended move to trash”. DO NOT BUY.
