Like most home design software there is a learning curve to get started. The software seems to have a lot of promise but there is no support beyond a few basic online tutorials and an inadequate user manual. If you have specific questions not addressed in these resources, there is no additional support. The website for the software states there is a forum for users but the link does not work. In addition, if this is purchased through Amazon there are no options for returning the software.
