It's easy for a person who hasn't been trained in some of the more technical software for editing photos. I've been using mine for over 20 years. Some of the features stopped working so I bought this hoping if I reinstalled it I would regain full function. Unfortunately, the product has reached the end of its life...Some of the features still work, but I can no longer add text to images. I guess I have to roll with the times and learn a new way. But this was a great product in it's time.

I had been using PhotoImpact 10 but was unable to use it with my new computer. I am very happy to have the PhotoImpact 8. It has all of the features I need.

Great followup to Ulead's PhotoImpact 4.2, which I cut my teeth on. Still the familiar interface of 4.2 with some updates and it handles the newer JPG compression formats a little more gracefully than the old one does. Still prefer this program over Adobe's Photoshop.

For an individual who is an avid photographer, this program is a MUST. It provides so many wonderful features without requiring the great cost and complications of some other well known programs. You must try it to appreciate it and realize what you can do so easily when editing your photos.

I've used PhotoImpact for many years. It's the best photo editing program I've ever used. I actually prefer the earlier versions of PhotoImpact. This one, PhotoImpact 8, is my all time favorite. Shipped fast and in great shape. Thanks.

i like taking pictures. photoimpact lets me do everything i want to do with a picture, either changing it do look like i want it to look, or framing it. it is a very useful item for anyone who takes photo's

Have used an old version for years. Like everything else it is not supported anymore. This later version seem to work as good with some new features I have not tried yet.
