This does not work on my Mac and I accidentally downloaded it twice and was charged twice. The download is only an image with no files to open it with. There is no way to contact Amazon either.

i downloaded this software and its a scam. I cant open the downloaded file.
to make it worse i cant find how to let amazon know....i guess ill just have the credit card cancel the payment

Purchased the digital download and it doesn't work on my iMac. it downloaded but can't open it. a window pops up keeps saying no mountable file systems so freaking annoying

Please, do you a favor of not buying Turbo CAD for MAC. You will just lose your money like I did. I bought this product on 10/17/2020 but I couldn't download from software library. It does not work for MacOs Catalina Version 10.15.7

I have not been able to open the downloaded package. I believe I would have to have an advanced degree in computers to open the package, lf it can be opened. I have experience I using several cad programs but can’t get that far with TurboCAD.

There are many bugs that are not worked out and missing tools making it almost impossible to use as an efficient drafting software. Unfortunately, this wasn't found out till after paying for the software and then spending hours trying to figure out how to find the missing tools with out any real answers. I just want to offset my lines and I can't. Also the shortcut keys don't stick after you select them.

Very frustrated and wish I would have seen a review like this prior to purchasing. If you are use to AutoCad, this is not the simpler, less expensive version and I would pass.
