The product does not properly function. The print feature does not work. I informed Contour that the software does not allow me to print my work. The person with whom I have been in contact fails to follow through. My efforts to get the issue resolved have been futile. Logan Ryan is the name of the person at Contour who has failed to follow through on his representations that he would try to resolve the problem. He has not contacted since September 15, 2016. I would like a refund. Thank you.
