Easy and Fun to Work With

A couple of my friends use this software and it is so much fun to receive their cards along with the savings in the cost of buying cards. I must admit it was a bit tricky to download the software. But once I fugured that out it was a no brainer. The possiblilities are endless. Enjoy!

Printer settings

At first I was ready to send back program because no matter what I did it printed in gray scale, When I closed program and printed a picture in my files they printed in color, So I went back and checked my printer in the Hallmark Studio Deluxe program it changed my printer to gray only on the Hallmark program corrected my readings in the Hallmark program to color. I'm very pleased with program now, it works fine on my Windows 10 computer. I would recommend this program to anyone interested in buying, It has a lot of good pictures and designs I'm having fun making family Birthday cards !!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't have a "Thinking of you" category. It boast an amazing number of features, but actually very limited with very few photo's. Mostly that silly clip art and animated frames. I'm trying to make a card for a person sitting in jail and finding nothing in the software that is appropriate. I have seen better and if I find it again, I may send this back. I'm sorry, but I'm not impressed.

I have no negative things to say, only positive. This program saves me lots of money vs. buying cards at a retail store. One huge advantage is being able to personalize cards. Also, the ability to insert pictures, etc. in the body of the card.
I have used Hallmark card programs for many years, and will continue to use them This is a premium product.

Have trouble downloading software and IT department not helpful. Still no resolution. They emailed me for information - want everything possible to show
Proof of purchase but my reply to their email gets kicked back each time. I called and was on the phone for a long time and still no resolution. The license number for the discless install did not work. I passed it on to my brother in law who could stall with disc. It was ordered for my mother who wanted to use her art work to make cards for her friends. Frustrating and Hallmark should offer better service.

This was only a disk, and no box or booklet

I ordered Hallmark 1018. The disk I received, was 2019. So far, it has worked ok, but I cannot register it on line. I was surprised to find it was only a disk, but no box and booklet as shown on line.

Install CD issue , or so I thought

My only issue was the install CD...it didn’t work! Start install and then it just sits there....won’t install. So I used the online install with the code that was in the box...it worked fine then. I’ve used hallmark cards for years for personalized card, address labels and letters...love it actually...just the install CD was a issue.

April 17 update... another attempt at full download CD and it wasn’t again doing anything...again...or so I thought. It didn’t show loading and a telephone call took me away from the computer. I came back a half hour later and guess what...it downloaded! Go figure I don’t get it, but I now have a fully downloaded version!
