    Had questions, left message on website and no return email or call. I have used it with external drive and copied files from my laptop to put on my desktop. It didn't copy word or excel. I have since copied my desktop to an external hard drive and now my desktop doesn't recognize the external drive. I bought a new external drive and did a incremental backup but the software says I have no cloned drives. I would like better instructions and support.

    I thought this item would come in the box as shown. insted it got a copy of a copy with a lable on it. later on i got another cop. be nice if it was explained whar was going on. used first copy and mad a copy of a drive. good as far as i can tell.

    Worked really well, better than clonezilla for Windows hard drives due to different partition types. A demo will work fine but buy it and you'll have it for a lifetime.
