I had a older version of this but misplaced it so I got the newer one . My machine had so much malware and spy on it ! The only way I could think of getting rid of it all and start from scratch

I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTION BUT IT DIDN'T DO THE JOB ALL THE DATA WAS STILL THERE I'M BEGINNING TO THINK I'M JINKS WHEN IT COMES TO WORKING ON MY COMPUTERS USED TO BE GOOD AT IT MAY BE ITS THE AGE ONLY 70 YEARS YOUNG OH WELL I'LL GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY THANKS

Not the most current version. Worked on 1 machine, but no more. Tried to contact support but they no longer support the version bought. When buying software on Amazon, verify that it is the most current software and not left over boxes.

but when I received this purchase only one of the disks would work half way. The other one needed a Key that was NOT given. The one that did work was only useful as a ten day trial. What it did seemed to work OK, but wasn't the reason that I bought this software. I wanted to totally wipe the hard drive of Windows XP PRO but couldn't at all.

So unless you just want to clean up your hard drive a bit DON'T waste your money like I did.

Pretty simple once you have your bios set to run from the CD as the Primary boot. Afterwards just follow the on screen instruction, run it, forget it until it's done.

Was very dissatisfied with this product as nowhere in the product writeup or specifications did it state only for earlier versions of Windows. I bought this product with the intention of wiping my laptop windows 8. So now I'm stuck with something that is worthless to me.
