For the price one pays for this program, one should get more than a pair of cheap ear buds, a program that won’t run, and tech support that isn’t available . First thing I found upon opening this package was a pair of small cheaply made ear buds. One if which was already broken. Second, the program will not run. I attempted to contact tech support but apparently their office is closed. Not off to a real good start. My first experience with Rosetta Stone was poor. My second is starting out worse. At least they’re consistent.
