Intuit will not honor this for a renewal of your subscription. I spent an hour chatting with them, and did a screen share and tried to escalate but the Intuit rep just left the chat.
Truly horrible business practices by Intuit. Currently on hold with Amazon to see if they can help. So far 90 minutes in to this situation. Caveat emptor!
