Was not able to install even though my computer met all hardware requirements! Had to call publisher, who emailed a long list of instructions and questions without solving any problems. Went to my memories homepage and emailed them my situation. Within twelve hours was given a new product key and download link to latest version. Thanks my memories team on website.
