Don't waste your money. Download incomplete. Customer service is a joke. Does not have features advertised. There is a reason for the no return. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID!

I ordered a download version photostory deluxe that did not download correctly and now am stuck with a program that is not usable

I bought this program/application for the windows 10 PC based on the production recommendation of best slideshow maker software. My big mistake is that I did not browse this product through Amazon first before I made the purchase through Magix. This is NOT the easiest software for what you are intended to do with your photos. Unless you want all those creative stuff, this is not worth your time creating a slideshow. I had to buy the upgrade to premium VR just to figure out how to to apply random animations and transitions to the entire slideshow. Even with the tutorial videos online, this program/app is tough to follow. I had the ProShow Gold by Photodex on my Windows 7 and it is the easiest slideshow maker I ever used. Unfortunately, this software has been discontinued and the replacement is now Photopia, which is a subscription-based program/app.
