Do Not buy downloadable product from Amazon!! You have no idea what you’ll be downloading. I purchased this from Amazon instead of being smart and ordering the product direct from wondershare. The download from Amazon was blocked by my computer saying it was unsafe. Needless to say I wasn’t able to download it. I eventually did the smart thing and ordered it from wondershare and the download worked fine. I should have known this was a bad product when it said it was unrefudable on Amazon.

I like this software it is easy to use. I wish it had a few more options for 3D effects but you have to pay for them as an extra charge.

Software works ok but cant update it.It keeps telling the regerstrasion is piraited.Also not the greatest features ether.Wondershare had no answer to my problem.

I bought wondershare online because I heard that this was a great software package to use. I put together slideshows for sporting events and weddings. It's very user friendly to pull yo ur pictures up and put them all in a row but I am having a difficult times navigating through all the options of how to save a DVD to burn on CDs
I don't understand all the options yet and how to buen them. Overall. Its ok

Complete junk. Been working on a photo presentation for my Step memorial service for the Last 5 Hours. It's tedious to use. Poorly contructed and now that I have the presentation ready I won't write a dvd or even save a file. It's been processing for the Last 2 hours at 0 percent complete. I have a a pretty good gaming system with 16 Gig of ram. It run my occulas VR software flawlessly but this software is junk. going to try to get a refund.

This would NOT download on my computer!!! The error said to contact my administrator. I AM the administrator!! No refunds so they just stole $64 Don’t waste your money on software through Amazon.

the software is OK with some limitations but the claim to have 24/7 customer service. it just says "no agents are avaliable, good by" and hangs up,.the "Live chat is an AI bot that just sits there and dosent answer anything. I need help but there is not any help so far.
