Please, Please, PLEASE!!! read these reviews before buying this product! They are all correct and this product is a SCAM and Amazon should be ashamed for carrying it and not vetting it! I never thought that Amazon would steal their customer's money and yet here it is... The software will not install due to missing certificates or whatever. Amazon's 'solutions' are ridiculous and insulting. 84% negative reviews! Maybe 5%of negative reviewers on any given product may be just bad luck on their part BUT 84% of the people ARE NOT WRONG! Give us our money back Amazon and boot this vendor back to oblivion...

It will not install. I tried twice. It says there is a problem with the certificate, and, of course, there is no way to contact anybody about it.

This product will not install on my Windows 10 laptop. All I get when I try to install is this unhelpful message: Either you need a new certificate installed for this app package, or you need a new app package with trusted certificates. Your system administrator or the app developer can help. A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which isn't trusted (0x800B0109)

I tried to use it and it was asking for a certificate number?? which I don't have. A disappointment.
