    Several years ago, I discovered Video Editor 2021. Now I'm using 2023. Don't get me wrong, it is loaded with features for advanced users But all that is tucked away neatly in the interface. So the. beginner doesn't trip all over it when he tries to learn how to use it. The advanced user knows where it all is. And it's perfect for people like me that need to get in there and do a quick. slice, snip, or join. It updates automatically. It's reasonably priced for everything it has to offer. I don't plan on using anything else. It does get a teeny bit annoying when a new version comes out and it just wants to keep reminding you over and over. To be fair, you can turn that off. by clicking the box that says do not show this again.

    Not very happy with this program. I bought this to finish up a Christmas video of my work and even after the purchase of This video editor, plus purchasing another $139.00 to use the effects I still have a water mark and audio that says “Movavi”. I would not waste the money. And wish I could I get mine back. I have reached out to Movavi through email cause that is the only contact available for customer service and still have not heard anything back. Pretty much a scam. They have my money and nothing has changed as far as trying to get the video saved with out the water mark and audio. Worse money I have ever spent on Amazon

    Movavi is great. OF COURSE you have to purchase or else you get a water mark, so the thing to know about that is to know it. If you work for hours and THEN discover it, it can be a shock. But once you are a member in good standing, have fun. They also do indeed reapond to HELP inquiries.

    I have never handled this sort of film/audio/special effects editing before. But I had a college assignment and found I couldn't go any further with it on just my cell phone. I downloaded a free version and was able to put together a film presentation with effects in the same evening with Movavi Video Editor 23 (the new one). I Did have to decide to pay for a 1 year license to be able to post my film assignment (without the big watermark, etc.). It was worth it. It worked fine and it looks like it has all I will need.
