I purchased this product for several years and created many assets. I decided not to continue the subscription and now I am unable to open the application or view work I have done in the past. My entire portfolio of assets are useless unless I pay Adobe money on a monthly basis. This should be illegal and I highly advise never do business with this company, until they change this unprincipled policy.
I will never do business with this company again, in any capacity, be it at work, home, at play, for my extended family, or etc, until this is fixed and I can access and edit the products that I created.
