No serial number is included on the media sleeve where there is clearly a place to include it. Therefore you have to visit the software download site (provided on the serial number sticker), click a link that supposedly gets you to the support page but really just goes to the main corporate web site, click another link to get to the support page, and create a help desk ticket saying that you didn't get a serial number.
Seriously, the point of buying physical media is to avoid dealing with this kind of license request nonsense.
Also, the box that I have is damaged.The combination of that and the lack of serial number makes me wonder if I just bought pirated software. >:-(
