    I purchased this out of desperation, but it did not work at all. I was trying to recover deleted files from my DVD Disc. The software couldn't even locate my DVD RW drive, despite my PC showing that it was connected and there. Waste of money.

    Bought and installed. It doesn't work. The main menu comes up and you click on Recover Files. Looks like something is launching for a few seconds then stops. You pay for this and get nothing. Total rip off. I want my money back!!! Even contacting the company's tech support is a disaster as no one will help since I didn't buy the product direct from them.

    I had a laptop crash. I needed to save some important data that my dumb self did not backup. I got this... Waste of money. I spent the better part of 3 days.... 16 hours at one point trying to use this software.
    I ended up buying diskdrill and it worked like a charm.
    Inwish i had paid more attemtion to the comments and not wasted money on this software.

    This product takes 12 hours to attempt to cover a large hd partition (80gb) and then gets stuck in the "Varafying Details" portion. Save your money
