I've used printmaster for 20 years. All of a sudden, windows 10 updated and now printmaster won't open.
So I upgraded to this 7.0 and can't even make a simple calendar!!! It is terrible and I do not recommend it.
I work in IT and use many different programs, including photo and video editing. This printmaster is the worse program I've even seen. None of my previous project will open and trying to create something new is impossible.
Broderbund needs to get their act together.

very good program. I make birthday and other greeting cards for fellow residents of an Assisted Living facility. Ever one signs on a blank page ( light color background. At a meal time we sing "Happy Birthday" and present the card. Older age being what it is, some times it's the only card a person will get. The cards are appreciated. I have several thousand jpeg photos to use for backgrounds, also textures in various colors for pages of text such as scripture or poetry etc. My printer will handle 105 lb card stock. Most cards are 7 x 5 half fold. The back page has my logo.

I use the heck out of it for my personal cards to friends and to politicians who need to feel the heat. Taking the time to make a half-fold card with a professional look to it can possibly get past their screeners. Especially if you make it funny, poignant, or can strike a nerve. Signing it on the back with your own logo and personal touch is a plus. Brings out the creative side of your personality and is eminently satisflying. Sometimes Im so proud of my card I'll make several copies and send them to friends. Who knows? It may stimulate them to get off their butts and let their congressman/senators know how they feel.

I've owned and used PrintMaster FOREVER but this version is more difficult to use than any of the others. The menus are different, I've found it hard to import photos or other items. I'm still learning how to operate it which I didn't expect because the other versions were so simple. I'm not a computer novice and I'm not sorry I've purchased this - it's just very, very different than other versions and resembles more sophisticated design software than I usually expect from PrintMaster.

Very very disappointed in the product. Should not be allowed to trade under the Printmaster logo as it is very misleading when comparing the product to Printmaster Gold. The clip art is of a very inferior quality and limited, all appears to be hand drawn by the same artist -very poor. I have better clip art in a cheap £2 disc. the avery label templates are very limited. The interface with the content is very small and therefore difficult to use. Not totally suitable for european market as too much american content and dimensions given only in imperial inches not metric millimetres. Limited templates for everything with quality templates all beng extras which have to be purchased. I bought this because Printmaster Gold no longer worked with windows 10 - I wish that I had not bothered, unfortunately a total waste of money.

THIS PROGRAM IS TERRIBLE. I WANTED SOMETHING SIMPLE TO UNDERSTAND TO DO OUR CARDS, ETC. THERE WAS NOT INSTRUCTIONS OR BOOKLET WITH IT AND TO DOWNLOAD 60 ODD PAGES ON LINE USED TOO MUCH INK AND PAPER. I AM 72 YEAR OLD AND RUN AND OPERATE A CAT/KITTEN RESCUE AND WE MAKE UP CARDS EVERY DAY FOR THANKS ETC.; I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH IT FOR 2 WEEKS AND CAN NOT GET A CARD DONE WHAT SO EVER. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! THE PROGRAM I HAVE, (THAT DISCONTINUED) WAS SO EASY!
