I love this but it cannot be used on the newer computers. Works on Vista but not on Windows 7 or Windows 8. Great for xp and vista.

I already had this VERY Old program...can not be used on new computers. Thought I was ordering a new version. Would not refund. Accused me of making a copy of it and then returning. It was sealed!!

THIS IS NOT THE PROGRAM I THOUGHT IT WAS. IT IS OF NO USE TO ME AS IT IS OUTDATED AND CANNOT BE INSTALLED ON ANY OF MY COMPUTERS.

This program can be run with Windows 7, you have to install Windows 3.1, which will run GEN4. The process is not all that easy, but I have done it and it works. Google the various terms to find the web sites, which describe how to do it..
You first download and install DOSBox. Then find installation disks for Windows 3.1 or a web site where you can download it. Install Windows 3.1 in DOSBox. Run GEN4. The display is useable, but can be improved by changing from the default. The instructions are provided on the web site. I have not found out how to install a printer. You will have to get familiar (or re-acquainted) with DOS and Windows 3.1 commands.
I have no idea if this procedure will work with Windows 8 or 10.
