I had an old version of PrintMaster Gold from around 1998 and used it for tons of purposes until I misplaced the disc several months ago. I purchased this to replace it in hopes of being able to apply it to the same uses. Not only can I do the things that I used to do, but it had additional features which allowed room for creativity. The big plus is that I am now able to save in pdf format as well for ease of emailing. I highly recommend this...very nice product!

Too many disks! Have to change to get different pictures! Too much trouble to worry about! Platinum 8.0 is better!

I have had this product line on an old computer and it was great. Moved old computer and some reason lost all monitor color. Ordered this product and was excited till installation and there is a problem and it says contact tech support for help. Good luck with that ! When you go to support, an address is given, you go thru a series of prompts that get you no where. It finally gives you a direct e-mail address which you supply ALL your info as to name, address, phone number and a description of the problem and "A support person will contact you!" This has been done 3 times and I haven't heard a thing from support. So I have a useless disc and wasted my money. I will look elsewhere for a similar product and can not recommend this one or its maker. Printmaster Gold Version 18 [OLD VERSION ]

The product is far more than I needed, but I might use more of its features in the future. At the moment all I use it for is to print business cards and an announcement or two. For someone who needs all the bells and whistles it would do them well.

The only thing I don't love about this is that you need the disk to use the program. I'd like it more if it was a load it and leave it program. That said, this is nice software for making cards, posters, banners. I used it for my preschool classroom and love it for clip-art signs, word banks, etc. Very easy to use, and each time I use it I find out another little trick or tip to make great things!

This product replaced one that disappeared when my computer was updated recently. Buying this version again (instead of a newer version) allowed me to access all the files that I was afraid I'd lost. It works great and does exactly what I want - I don't use the included readymade projects so I don't care that it doesn't have as many as the newer versions. I'm very pleased with it!

This program make it so easy to make graphics and text for use on school projects. From book reports to science fair projects, this program is very helpful. Also great for invitations and cards.
