I bought two of these to keep my hair from being damaged by the pool’s chlorinated water. It does a great job at that so far! But to be fair, I have very short hair..

Anyways, I love this brand and after I lost my old one, I decided to buy a few of these to keep in my car. I love that it fits well on my head and doesn’t pop off! They’re great. They’re not cute on me. I look horrible with it on but I don’t care. I care that it is water resistant and won’t let water in! When they’re brand new, you’ll see that they’re stiff and a bit hard to get them on. You’ll get used to it. I promise! Just buy these.
They’re easy to clean. After my swim, I clean them in the shower and dry them afterwards. If you take care of them, they will last you for a long time!

I used to swim competitively with one of these caps in high school and love how they hold up. I can't find my old one right now (it's held up a looooong time) so I ordered this. It always seems like it's going to rip, but it's much sturdier than the plain rubber-type caps. The gold color is pretty cool. If there was any complaint, it's that these are a bit thicker so your head may get a little hotter if you swim hard .... but that's kind of a silly complaint so I can't really make it seriously.

I have short hair, but know that this glides on over my hair better than a traditional cap, but it does also grab some of my hair when I pull it off because they texturized the inside which I wished had been left alone. Guess they did that so it would stay on better since caps do also tend to slide up a bit when I swim. After trying both the thinner plain caps and this, I will purchase another one after the chlorine and use finally destroy this one.

I tried less expensive caps but I was constantly having to adjust them. So, I broke down, paid more for a well known swimming brand. Good quality, stays on and comfortable.

I've been wearing Speedo swim hats since the 60's, way back when they were made of latex. I have long hair, down to the elbows, that I wet and twist up against the back and top of my head before putting on the hat. The elastomeric properties make it easy to put on, but makes it spongy and too stretchy during swim. The cap rides up on the ears, which can make the ear plugs less secure and ultimately allow water into the ears, risking swimmer's ear afterwards. I've been wearing it for almost 18 months, but I won't buy one like this again. I just recently set it aside to use as my alternate cap. I bought a Sporti brand cap that is thicker and stays in place when I swim.

Quality is good but it’s so small, I can’t keep it over my rears and on my head for more than a handful of laps. Would not suggest if you’re large headed or a woman with medium to long hair.
