i got these to use for different obedience training exercises with my dog. They are very lightweight and knock over easily, so I stick them on top of a full water bottle to keep them weighted down, especially because my dog likes to offer paw targeting the cone when we start a new shaping session with them. Otherwise they work just fine.

The cones work great for flag football in our backyard. Sometimes it feels like the wind will pick it up because they are so light, but the design of the cones avoids this. Definitely recommended, wind or not.
