I really like this bottle. The magnetic cap is very handy. If you have the bottle in the cup holder of your car, you can close the top and the magnets keep it in place without having to screw the lid down. This makes it really easy just to flip the cap open & drink without having to unscrew it. But when you do screw it down, it makes the bottle waterproof and it won't spill. I also like the way the magnets keep the lid open & off to the side while drinking; very handy. I prefer this type of water bottle with the small drinking spout and find that the price & features of this bottle are excellent. I would definitely buy another one if I lost this one.

It has a simple design, but a very good quality. It’s easy to open and handle, and it may not look like it but it is quite big.

Have had several other brands/types; easiest to clean and drink from of all I’ve tried, and never have to worry about losing the cap, magnetic system works great.

I was looking to replace a five-year old 20 oz water bottle with a flip cap that had served me well, but the cap seal had worn and would open unexpectedly when on its side, creating a mess. My needs required a durable 20-25oz bottle with a screw cap, but no straw, as I prefer a more generous flow when working out. I also use my water bottle to mix and consume pre workout drink and don’t want the hassle of keeping a straw clean.

In all my research, this Camelback bottle with the magnetic cap seemed the most promising so I ordered a charcoal 20 and 25 oz size to evaluate. While the 25 oz bottle was a bit larger than the 20 oz bottle I had before, I preferred it over the 20 oz Camelback, which seemed a little top heavy with the durable cap.

So I returned the 20 oz bottle and have been using the 25 oz. Camelback for over two weeks now, and I love it. It’s the perfect water bottle for my needs, and the magnetic cap is great to insure that it isn’t falling back into your face when drinking the contents. I also like how the threads of the cap are internal and not on the exposed surface of the drinking port. This was an ingenious idea. If you’re working out and don’t want to screw the lid completed down, the magnetic cap will stay in place once returned to the port, not providing a waterproof seal, but keeping out any airborne debri and essentially making it spill proof if knocked over.

One thing I do recommend before using this water bottle is adding a tablespoon of baking soda to the bottle filled with warm water and letting it sit for 30 minutes or so. This will neutralize any plastic taste to the water.

A concern I had before purchasing this 25 oz water bottle was if it would fit my vehicle’s cup holder as the smaller 20 oz bottle did, and yes, it fits fine.

In conclusion, I find the 25oz Camelback Chute Mag water bottle to be the perfect canteen for the gym or general purposes. I love it so much I ordered a second one in case they discontinued production of this model if mine ever dies or I leave it somewhere. I still prefer to refill regular 20 oz Aquafina water bottles when hiking for a lighter, more compact option for my day pack, but this is the only instance that I would not use the 25 oz. Chute Mag.

It’s a nice bottle. Not sure how I feel about the magnetic cap yet but I’ll see with time. Definitely holds water without leaking so it already meets the expectations of a water bottle, so 5 stars.

This is a rugged bottle that very nice to drink from. Some of the other bottles are either easy to clean but then you have a huge lid hitting you in the face while you drink. The ones with a small neck are nice to drink from, but this bottle here does a good job of both. I'd suggest getting one. I'm a bit of a water bottle nut for camping, climbing, hiking, and just all around carrying a bottle with me at all times and this ranks near the top of the 50 I've tried

Bought this to replace my water bottle I use at work. I really like the magnet feature, cap snaps bag and stays out of your way.Seems to be pretty durable too, I’ve dropped it a few times on the concrete floor and its unblemished.
