    Its made well. The velcro can be a little bit irritating to the dog so it's better on a slightly bigger dog. I have a miniature chihuahua and she is about 3 lbs at best. It's a little big on her but she should be almost fullgrown by next season and it will be a perfict fit. I would say this fits about a 7lb dog.

    Great item for our hometown football team. Cute shirt for my 11 pound Shih Tzu. According to the size chart, she needed a size small. The size small was extremely tight on her. I returned it for a size medium. Unfortunately I changed my mind and ended up returning the medium also. It was good quality material, great coloring and looked really cute on my dog.
