    We probably should have written this review last year when we made our purchase, but we just began enjoying the 40 ounce wide mouth straw lids bottles we bought. it's great looking and even better functioning, keeping drinks cold way longer than we could imagine, and always long enough to finish the beverages.

    Recently there was a minor issue with the product. We reached out to customer service via email. There was an immediate initial reply, and several emails sent up and back, with each of ours receiving a positive and incredibly quick, like minutes quick, reply. The rep, Lei, could not have been more accommodating, helpful, and friendly.

    Producing and selling an amazing product is one thing. Having top notch customer service to back it up is another, and one not found as often as it should be. The experience with the issue resolution made two big fans even bigger fans. We just ordered two more bottles, and will continue to tell friend and coworkers to make sure an Iron Flask is their next bottle.

    I love this brand and almost all my water bottles are this brand. I even bought the smaller bottles for my 3yo twins. The regular sized bottles come with extra straws and two other tops. The smaller bottles come with extra straws as well. I can’t wait until they come out with more accessories like the other overpriced brand that everyone is obsessed with.

    i'm using it daily (mostly for cold water)
    keeps ice cubes around 24 hours.
    one time i forgot it in my car in the summer, after 2 hours there were still ice cubes inside.
