    This brace is terrific, really helps me with my posture and comfort. Only downside is that it is somewhat difficult to get on and adjust, and it takes some patience. Overall however it is a great product!

    I sit 40 hours a week at a desk and my upper back hurts terribly! True to size, fits snugly but not too tight. Easy to put on and adjust. It has helped my posture and pain immensely.

    I purchased this because I have spinal issues, needed support, and wanted to relieve pain. It is much more stable or supportive than my last one. It is easy to get on and off. It helps me to sit, walk, and bend in a correct position. It also helps make me more aware of how I move. The down side is that it still pinches under my arms. Also, the size is important. If you are heavier, be sure to measure your size.

    The quality of the product is very nice. It's soft enough you can wear it against the skin, which I have occasionally with crop tops or sports bras underneath. If you would rather people not see it then it can easily be worn under clothing rather than over clothing. The suggested sizing for around the abdominal is tru to size so pay attention to that when ordering for the right fit. The straps are all one size so they can be adjusted looser or tighter as needed. In my experience the velcro last up to a year or 6 months with very heavy use. I work with on company at different locations in different roles but I can say that while doing 8-10 hour housekeeping shifts it held up well and is such a relief. Using the brace the first time can seem intimidating but it's rather easy once you've done it a few times. Definitely worth the cost for the pain relief it's given me. My partner has also considered getting one for the posture correcting aspect and I would not be opposed to buying this product again and again.

    Overall, the Fit Geno Posture Corrector is okay, but it has one significant flaw that prevents me from giving it a higher rating. The main issue is that it consistently rides up. No matter what I do – whether I wear it under or over my clothes – the top part keeps sliding up my neck to the point where it becomes visible and uncomfortable. It's a really odd design quirk that I didn't anticipate. I think this is something that needs to be addressed in future versions, as it significantly impacts the usability and comfort of the product.

    I ordered a TLSO brace, but shipping was going to take too long, so I ordered this to try in the interim. I suffered a compression fracture of my T5, which healed wrong, causing a deformity and also taking 2" off my anterior height. It's very painful for me to both stand and walk, and often to even sit, so I had to have something. This isn't quite supportive enough for MY injury, but it does help quite a bit and is the most supportive of any other brand of this type that I've tried. Most thoracic fractures are T12 or lower, so my T5 fracture is very uncommon. Thus, I don't think there's anything negative about this brace at all. As I said, it's the best of any brand I've tried, and I think it's because it has two long metal strips going down the back and two shorter ones along the sides, offering much more support. That may make it sound uncomfortable, but it amazingly isn't at all. It also doesn't require someone else to help you put it on after it's been adjusted to your personal fit either, which most rigid TLSO braces do. I think Fit Geno put a lot more thought into the design of this brace than other companies. Most just have thicker material or magnets and neither type was of benefit to me. I had to walk a good distance from street parking on another block to my doctor and PT appointments just a few days ago. Normally, I would've been in terrible pain before even getting there, but this brace made a huge difference. Normally, I wouldn't be able to sit in a regular chair afterward either because the pain would be so bad that I had to lie down, but my pain was greatly reduced and made it possible to sit without the pain becoming any worse. This brace is pretty decent for me, so it may be perfect for people with different injuries. If your injury is farther down than the T5, since that is not common at all, this may work just fine for you. I'd recommend giving it a shot, as it is much less expensive than the rigid TLSO braces, and much more comfortable, too! This isn't labeled as a TLSO brace, so I'm not trying to say that it is. I'm just saying that it's a pretty good substitute for one, and you may not even require that type of brace, so I would recommend it over any other brands that are labeled to do the same as this one. My injury is very uncommon in its location and not correctable since it healed wrong. If those two things don't apply to you, then save yourself the time and trouble of ordering and having to return the wrong brace and just order this brace, period. Good luck. I hope this was helpful.

    I have never written a review so this means something! Long story short, a couple years ago I suffered 5 compression fractures in my spine and had to be in a full neck and back brace for almost 4 months. I deal with chronic back pain every day. I work at a hospital where I am constantly walking around on every floor. I would go home crying because of how much pain I was in at the end of the day. This Brace relieves so much pressure off my back. It actually made me cry how much this worked!! I would buy it again and again. You cannot see it under your clothes. it is comfortable and I no longer cry in pain after work. I truly recommend. FYI: Im 5 ft and 102 lbs.

    For context I hurt my back in a car accident a few years back, compression fractures, and although it’s healed, I still get pain in my upper and lower back mostly due to work. I work in radiology and wear a lead apron for hours on end while scrubbed in to procedures. My shoulders feel rolled forward and it seemed like I was actually leaning forward when I walked due to the pain. My coworker purchased this first and she seemed to like it so I bought one too.
    It’s pretty easy to put on. Sometimes I have to look for a strap though. It feels nice to have my shoulders pulled back and my back straightened The only thing I don’t care for is when I tighten the shoulder straps the body part rides up and isn’t around my lower abd anymore. All in all I like the support it gives my back and shoulders and would purchase it again.
