I used this 5 pack of Black Athletic tape when making boffer swords for my family to play with. It was about one roll per normal sized boffer sword. However, the next time I'll just use this tape on the hilt and the stabbing tips, while using black duck tape for the blade portion part. Because when my family was using the boffers that I had made, the Black Athletic tape would grip on contact with itself on another boffer, and then begin to peel off a little. But other than that, the tape itself was great especially for the hilt.

Tape is good seems a little thin put I haven’t had to tape up since the 70’s when I was riding bareback horses so I am sure everything has gotten less.

My crazy lab ripped her pad and the regular adhesive tape did not stick well enough. I used this athletic tape and it was perfect ! I was able to keep her pad clean and protected until it healed.
