    The Velcro works good, it is adjustable so you can make it comfortable. It is durable and light enough that you can wear it under clothes. I wear all day to give best results and it does help a lot with posture. It’s as described. Good value for money.

    I have been using this posture corrector for a few days now and it is great for improving posture. It has a firm fit which helps align the spine and shoulders. It is lightweight and easy to put on. When worn, it provides good support for the upper and lower back, shoulders and lumbar area. The shoulder straightener pulls the shoulders back, for better posture throughout the day. It is a good product for those looking for a practical solution for their posture and appearance.

    I recently purchased the 3 in 1 Corrector Support and I am extremely impressed with the results. The adjustable back support brace with the ergonomic design is comfortable to wear and does not make my armpits feel tight like other products I have tried in the past. The 4 flexible ABS support bars provide excellent support for my back, shoulder, and lumbar, helping me to improve my posture and relieve any pain I may be experiencing.

    Works unbelievable well. It’s easy to put on, and I like how it gently pulls my shoulders back without feeling too tight. My posture is better, and the pain I used to feel at the end of the day is almost gone. less back pain. I love that I can wear it discreetly under my clothes!

    I have bad posture when sitting in my desk chair for long periods of time and I've tried numerous back braces that have all fallen short in a number of ways. This one however I think finally is one that I will continue to use. The material is sturdy and hasn't frayed or come loose in any way. But the biggest thing is if it works while being comfortable, and this has done that. I am 5'10 and about 140 lb with a very small waist, so finding things that fit my proportions can be tricky. But the three different ways of adjusting this brace allow me to get it to fit just right. The biggest problem I've had with back braces is the uncomfortability at the armpit area when it pinches. This one can do that when it slides out of place, but putting it back into position fixes that. The generous amount of padding on the straps also greatly helps with the pain there. Final thing I appreciate about this is the sturdy back plate and surrounding mesh to add some amount of breathability. I will continue to use this everyday and hopefully see positive results. Definitely worth the slightly more premium price tag.

    I included some fit pictures showing the measurements and size medium tag on this posture brace for reference. According to the size chart, I should be in a size small, as my waist is under 30". Based on other reviews, I opted for a size medium instead, and as you can see in the photos, medium fits my waist perfectly. The wrap is roughly in the middle of the adjustment range, with room to make it equally tighter or looser. The fit is excellent. I love the adjustability and the padded shoulder straps. I love the way it firmly supports my lower back as well as encouraging good shoulder posture. My biggest problem is lower to mid back pain. I'm a seamstress by profession, so I spend a lot of hours hunched over my sewing machines, face close to my work. This causes a lot of muscle memory in the hunched/slouched position and a lot of lower back pain. This brace is wonderful for helping me correct that posture. The full and half back supports in the back are stiff but flexible, not restricting like a metal rod, but allowing some movement. The shoulder straps are somewhat stretchy, so overall, it supports good posture but does not force position by any means. It just provides pressure that reminds and encourages you to have good posture. I definitely had to gradually increase the length of time I wear it. My back muscles were too weak in the beginning to support my upper body properly right off the bat. Increasing time gradually really helped build muscle strength needed to change my posture long term. I'm really happy with this posture brace. I've been wearing one that just has the shoulder straps for a long time, but realized that pulling my shoulders back alone was doing nothing for my back hunching/slouching habit. This one having the waist support has perfectly addressed that problem for me.
