I really like this product. It’s my first time ordering a waist trainer. I’m currently battling breast cancer and have just been trying to strengthen my body and get into shape to combat the negative impact chemo can have on your physique. This trainer had me sweating a TON! There’s no strong smell, seems pretty durable, the strap is pretty heavy duty. The only thing is it’s a bit large so I’d size down if I ordered another. For example, I normally wear 2x in mostly everything. I’m 5’7 around 260. I’m what you would call pear shaped. So I ordered a XXL. I definitely could’ve gotten away with an XL instead

I am a personal trainer and I’m in pretty good shape. However as I’ve aged 55 years old now my little fupa (lower belly) is always pushing out. My core is extremely strong in the ab area no matter how hard I work it, it still pushes out just a bit. It could be due to bulking as I have to bulk constantly in order to maintain my muscle mass which is tricky as we age anyway. I’m 5’6 135lbs and the medium wraps around me about 1 and a half so I should have probably purchased the small. Gonna keep it though because it definitely makes you sweat in that area and I can still get it pretty snug. I’ve known clients that use them with some pretty decent results on top of following their exercise programs. It also gives you the reminder in a way to draw in and it feels supportive in a way. See how it goes on my food baby????
