This brace helped me so much!! I work in shipment processing and recently ended up with tennis elbow. This brace eliminated my pain and I was able to function normally at work. It is very comfortable and the two strap option is a plus. I recommend to anyone feeling the pain of tennis elbow.

It’s been my second day of wearing it and I haven’t had to put on any cream. I’ve been dealing with tennis elbow in BOTH dang elbows for 2 years. This past month I’ve needed to ice my elbow regularly and put on cream intermittently throughout the day so I can deal with the hot burning pain. Today is my second day wearing the braces and I haven’t felt the need to put on cream.

I don’t know if it helps with healing, but I will update my review if it does. I’m assuming it’ll take a good month or two. For the price, it’s worth it for taking the pain away. I do know that if my elbows aren’t inflamed, they can actually have a chance to heal, so that’s what I’m hoping will happen finally.
It’s a little bulky and a little irritating if I think about them, but it’s better than the hot burning pain I would feel. I don’t know if there are better ones out there as this is my first experience, but I am happy with the purchase and see myself wearing these religiously.
My only issue is that it doesn’t give enough information on wearing braces in general. I don’t know how long I’m supposed to wear them or how tight they need to be. A quick google search sort of helped. It would be nice to have exact info for a product like this for newbies like me.

So this is a very comfortable band and it works to reduce pain from tennis/golfer's elbow. It comes with 3 bands, although I think the measurements might be a bit off.
To explain: the small is just a teeny bit too short. The medium is way too long. As a result, the bands have to overlap and this makes the inside a little bulky. If you are resting your arms on a surface (i.e. writing), they become uncomfortable due to the bulk of the straps on the inside of your arm.
There are sleeves out there that are way more slim, the tradeoff being, the are sleeves :)

I bought a light blue and a lavender. They did get dirty pretty quickly but I haven't tried to wash them yet.

I had bought fuller length compression sleeves for my tennis elbow which helped but didn't "cure" it. At my doctor's recommendation I purchased one of these bands and was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked; pain went away after about 4 weeks. A friend of mine who is an occupational therapist helped me ensure I had it in the right place and at the correct tightness as the photos are a little confusing. Nice to have the three size straps and was able to configure it so it was comfortable (note it shouldn't be too tight, your pinky should fit under it) though I agree with other commentators that the small strap is too small; it would be nice if it was a little larger as the medium size required overlapping the strap, which is probably why others have found it uncomfortable.

Band is made well. However, it's bulkier than I would prefer. It has several ways to adjust size, which is nice. But the skin pinches too easily on this ole' grandma's arms. Probably fine for a younger person though. The band does relieve some of the pain from golfers elbow plus osteoarthritis though, fo r which i am grateful! Thanks.

Unlike other braces that shift or loosen over time, this one stays snug throughout the day, no matter how much I move my arm. It provides just the right amount of compression without being uncomfortable, which has really helped relieve my elbow pain. One of the standout features is the multiple adjustable straps. They make it incredibly versatile and customizable to fit forearms of all sizes. Whether you have a smaller or larger forearm, this brace can be tailored to your exact fit. I love that I can adjust the tightness easily depending on how much support I need on a given day. The extra straps ensure even pressure distribution, which adds to the overall comfort and effectiveness. A major plus for me is that it doesn’t loosen up over time. I’ve worn it during workouts, daily activities, and even long workdays, and it always stays firmly in place. The Velcro holds up exceptionally well, so you don’t have to keep readjusting it throughout the day. The band comes in colors, is very adjustable and comfortable. The velcro is very strong, doesn't come loose. A little pressure is all that's needed, take care to not tighten it too far. It seems it'll be safely hand-washable in the sink.
The only thing I don't really like, is the "company badge" being a rather thick coin-sized RUBBER circle, heat-sealed (melted on bottom), or super-glued to the outer fabric.
It annoys me, catches on my sleeve to make it hang funny and I can't tear it off- I tried.????
IF it were flat fabric, or more easily removable, the badge wouldn't bother me that much.
I'd tried another band I didn't like as well that also had a rubber badge on it and I'd assumed it was just THAT brand having that on it- but it's not.????
