    Didn't help me with my forearm pain but I don't think any product like this can, it did what it set out to well, you can get a really tight wrap if you want with this and then just tuck it into itself at the end and it will hold no problem.

    I used this to cover a post-surgery bandage on my dog's leg, after the (white) Coban the vet put on got dingy from a walk. That way, it didn't look so dirty and it was easy to change (because I knew it WAS dirty from the urban walks).

    Lidocaine patches are only helpful when they are in contact with the skin. My injury is not a place that remains flat and easy to adhere anything to. Thankfully I got this for securing the patches around my foot and ankle. Just be careful when wrapping because you never want to have it too tight to interfere with circulation or natural swelling. I’m weak but even I can hand tear this. That’s a bonus because I could have it in my backpack on the plane and adjust as needed.

    These are so much better than the regular gauze that is for sale. The elastic works well, and the Velcro stays put a highly recommend these.
