ETA2: The small is comfy, doesn't feel very tight — in fact not much tighter than the medium — and seems much more interested in controlling the geezergirls. (Again I'm 5'6", 123 lbs, 34C.) Contrary to popular advice, I'd recommend ordering down a size if your activity involves jumping or other impact. That said, I love these! May order more in yet more colors and retire the regular sport bras for daily wear.
ETA: The 6 (apparently M) came and I wore it to work out this morning and it feels exactly like the 8/L, ie not supportive for jumpy-aroundy stuff. Still comfy and fabric feels sturdy. Now I'm going to try a small because I am that wild. Again, I'm 5'6" + 123 lbs + my wiggly elderboobs are 34C.
ORIG. REVIEW: I went with a size 8 (apparently L) based on measurements and reviews — yall claimed it ran tight. It came! I tried it on! And it's OK! Fine for the likes of deadlifts and bench presses and hiking BUT I still need something that is comfortable for HIIT high-knees and burpees other more jumpy-aroundy stuff. I like the 8 and will keep, but I will order one in 6 and see whether that's a bit stricter with my geezerboobs. I am 5'6" and 123 pounds and a 34C and quite fit for my age, but I'm old. Thus the misbehaving bosom.

I can throw a jacket on right now since it’s spring and once I realized how great of a tank this is, I bought it in three other colors and an extra black.
The bra is extremely supportive and flattering. The material is well-made. I like the Vertical lines for a little texture.
I am athletic 5‘5“ and 140 pounds. The size 6 was great.
It’s long enough that with high waisted pants you could potentially tuck in, but not too long and not too cropped. I don’t love to walk around with my belly hanging out (Sorry gen z).
Glad I tried this one.
