I've been looking for a waist length tank top that provides support and has padding so you don't have to wear a bra and it isn't see through. I was worried about having the usual back fat rolls showing from the sports bra strap this tank top was great it fit snug and achieved everything I was looking for ordered three more in different colors that was so happy with the quality. The price is great, material is perfect thickness. Love the variety of colors.

 This is supportive, comfortable for workouts. It’s very fitted which I like. I’d say true to size. For cost it’s a great value. It is a little long but I am pretty short 5’, so I think it would work well for different heights/ those taller. I’d definitely recommend for an inexpensive workout top!

These really run small, I’m on exchange #3 for XL and I’m a S/M.
Runs Small, Good Quality. Amazon had it noted right on the picture that they ran small into size up, I had to return a medium and get a large. I do like them I got them in black and hot pink. Shelf bra is awesome, hard to find lately especially a good quality! Note it is a ribbed material. I am a size 6-8/medium.

I usually don't buy tops with a built in bra because there's rarely a chance it will fit me (size 32G). These do because they have fantastic stretch! They're still supportive enough that it keeps everything in place though. I wouldn't run in these but they're great for climbing, hiking, or yoga. Have this top in 3 colors and will probably get more. They've held up really well for the few months I've had them too! Also pretty flattering. They make my arms and shoulders look really strong.

Too bad I would need to wear a sports bra under this shirt with a built in bra. The straps are long enough that my boobs hang a lot closer the earth than I like lol. Straps are not adjustable. And it is so thick and hot for workouts. So yoi have to add another layer, I don't think my perimenopausal body is going to allow it. Adding the second layer for support also makes it too tight. I'm 147 pounds and 5'7" and size 34 D bra . I got a large. It fit around the back well so as not to squeeze and cause a back fat roll to form and it has a nice length to it. But due to all the other problems this one is going back

Really liked this top for layering. Wish there was a wider color assortment. Have purchased 2 and looking to add a couple more. Seem to be well constructed so hoping they will be durable. Great fit, comfortable. Found cup pad movement to be a nuisance for me so I removed them.

I am 5’6, 120#, 34C and typically an XS/S. Per reviews I sized up to a Large. It fits but is a little loose and I could definitely size down to a medium for some compression and a more form fit. The material is thick and high-quality, but not hot. My only complaint is that the slots for removing and putting the bra pads back in is way too small, making it a pain to do that. Otherwise, great tank and I will probably order at least one more in M.
