There's no secret that the beach is the ultimate getaway. But one thing I'm not here for: skipping instead of walking because the sand is too hot for my feet to handle.
The easy fix lies in a pair of water shoes. Not only do water shoes protect your feet from scorching sand, but they also keep them safe from all those rocks, seaweed, and other unidentified sharp objects on the ocean floor.

Solid value for the money

Great little water shoes and super cute as well. They are comfortable and seem to be holding up well to regular use for paddle-boarding in both cool and warm weather, thus far. I would not recommend for anything like hiking or harsh, wet, rock climbing. They don't appear to be made for that sort of abuse and don't have much in the way of support for sole or ankle. As a basic water-shoe, they are fantastic. Recommended.

Very comfortable, great protection

These are wonderful! I own 2 pairs: first pair I bought summer 2021. I use them to wear on the dock and to swim in the lake in the summer. They hold up very well for what I use them for. They stay on my feet very well, even while kicking hard as I swim, but if you’re worried they will slip off, fear not: they float! So, if they do happen to slip off, they are easy to retrieve. I still use this pair every summer since I got them and they’re in great shape. I make sure to remove the insole and rinse them with clean water and set them out to air dry. So far no holes, rips, or signs of wear.
I recently took a trip that involved a lot of swimming in a particularly rough-surfaced pool and found myself wishing I had a pair of these with me. The pool is a salt water pool, so it softens my skin up a bit, but the surface of the pool is sandy and gritty. This unfortunately means the parts of my feet that grip and kick off the floor of the pool get torn up easily, to the point of needing bandages. So, I ordered a pair and they came in a couple of days. They felt amazing on my feet as soon as I put them on. Definitely a game changer! I used them in the pool for the rest of the trip and they felt awesome. They protected my feet and for that, they get all 5 stars. They are also very lightweight and lay flat, so they’re great to pack for traveling.
A note about their durability: Any little snags or spots of wear I take as a sign that the shoe did its job: it took a hit for my foot. Kind of like a sacrificial anode rod in your water heater that rusts apart for the sake of the system. That being said, there are few if any actual signs of wear so far. Mine have held up awesomely, because they are water shoes and that’s what I use them for. I don’t need them to have arch support; they’re water shoes, not walking/running/hiking shoes. I don’t need them to be steel-toed, they’re not construction shoes. I don’t need them to stand up to rocky, rough terrain, because they’re water shoes. If you think of these as a layer of protection for your feet while you are swimming/moving around the water (beaches, pools, docks) you will not be disappointed. If you are scaling rocky craggy jettys at a rocky beach, maybe get yourself a more substantial water shoe. If you are hiking and you think these would be suitable, maybe get yourself some sense.

I am very satisfied with these aqua-socks as they are very comfortable, breathable and appear to be designed correctly and durable so far. I found the pair arrived quickly and the colors also long-lasting and looks good with other typical reds, greens, white/cream and blacks. They are machine washable and come with a removable inner liner so altogether a great product so I gave it a 5-star rating. Yes I highly recommend these aqua-sock-shoes.

It's a watershoe, not a hiking shoe!
Reviewed in the United States on June 10, 2024
This is a brilliant water shoe, it's soft and comfortable, it comes in loads of cool patterns, it stops me melting my toes on the walk from the sun lounger to the pool, and also stops me picking up those icky foot diseases....I'm a child of the 80's we all remember being subjected to the sheep dip baths at the local swimming pool to prevent verruca transference! It is not a hiking shoe and I have noooooo idea why the features to be rated are "is it good for hiking!"
So, no bad for hiking, good for being a water shoe!

Bought these about a week ago. Used them for the first time at a water park. Pros, while everyone was running for shade and not to have their feet burn with the hot concrete I was walking along no problem. The bottom of the soles are awesome didn’t feel any heat. Protected my feet in the water too all though it was a water park. The fit was true to size I ordered a medium and it fit comfortably and no slipping while walking. They looked cute on my feet they were the black colored ones. Usually with the water shoes in the past you sometimes feel like the water kind of stays in the shoe and your walking around with it coming out but these were not that way. Not watered down while walking. A lot of people mention The only Con I have is that the top layer of the she started to come off and it looked like it was a bunch of hair on the bottom of my she at first until I realized nope that is the shoe. For the price okay sure but I can’t wear these shoes aging and it’s only the beginning of summer.

I have these in white too! My last pair are still like new, I wear them to the pool to protect my feet for the hot cement and from attracting shower room fungus on my feet. These would most definitely be the most perfect shoes for the beach, sking, boating, padle boarding, kayaking and any other summer adventure involving water. They dry quickly, they do not hold water, easy to walk in, breathable, definitely needs half sizes, they are hard to swim in bc they feel like they will come off in the water but have excellent flat surface grip.
Great for narrow ir wide feet, stretchy, will not slip around while walking. One size down if u plan to swim in them. Order actual size if u will be just walking, boating, kayaking etc.
Yes I recommend ????
