Installation was very easy and--rare these days--the directions were clear. I already had a deadbolt on the door which simplifies installation, of course.

The app is well-designed and allows one to set up codes for multiple users and to schedule them to expire automatically.

I didn't have any trouble connecting it to Amazon Alexa/Echo but, so far, my attempts to lock and unlock the door via Alexa hasn't worked. We'll see. But, given that one can use the app anywhere, that's not entirely necessary.
