|
|
|
---|---|---|---|
Clean Surface & Let DryClean the area you will be masking and painting before you tape to make sure the surface is dust free. Use a damp sponge and a few drops of dish soap mixed in a bucket of warm water. Let surface dry completely before applying tape. |
Tape in 1-2 Foot SectionsTape any areas on your surface you want to keep paint-free. For best results, tape in 1-2 foot sections to avoid stretching the tape. |
Burnish Tape's EdgeBurnish the tape’s edge with a plastic tool like a putty knife or credit card to ensure the tape is completely flush with the surface you will be painting. |
Remove Tape When Paint is WetFor best results, remove the tape while the paint is still wet, making sure to slowly pull at a 45 degree angle. |

does good at stopping bleed and also removes easily, I had a project I painted and let sit for a year and it still came off without much fuss.. it's also good at using on surfaces that have been painted recently (like the day before)
Although they have a yellow tape version that's even better at that job.
A case of you get what you pay for.. it ain't cheap but it is good.
Just know that because it’s not very sticky, sometime it will peel up on things like plastic. This green brand is much better than the cheap blue stuff. You need this in your home trust me.
