It was nice to find this product to clean my keurig instructions were very clear how to use the product and it worked well plus the extra filters and cleaning pods for 3mo was great. No bad taste afterwards. coffe tasted great

I was given a Kuerig coffee maker as a present. As with previous coffee makers, I ran water with vinegar through it to clean it. However, I highly recommend this cleaning kit. I started getting coffee grounds in my coffee. I ran the vinegar and water mixture through several times. It didn't seem to work, so I looked online, as to how to clean my coffee maker. This product was highly recommended, and rightfully so. Once I used it to clean my coffee maker, it started working perfectly again and continues to do so. It does take some time to complete the cleaning process using this kit. However, it is well worth it! Just follow the instructions, most especially the amount of water, that you run through the coffee maker to clean it. My recollection is it is 12 containers of water. If you don't run this much through your coffee maker, your coffee will taste awful., until you complete the correct process. Once completed according to the directions, your coffee will taste like it always has. You can purchase this product at Target, but my recollection is that Amazon is cheaper, and you get the exact same product. I had just not re-ordered, when my coffee maker needed cleaning right away, so I did purchase one time at Target. However, I don't think you can beat Amazon pricing.

But my keurig still hisses and whines for no apparent reason just from being on throughout the day. It didn't when it was new, I thought cleaning it with this would help, that's why I bought it instead of just doing vinegar. Alas, it did quiet it some, yet it still hisses and whines. Idk, not like I know how to inspect the keurig to see how well this worked. For all I know the issue is at least somewhat unrelated and it's still noisy for other reasons. Just noting my layman's experience.

I purchased a Keurig K-Iced Christmas Eve 2023. I use this coffee maker several times per day so I really make sure I follow the proper maintenance schedule. I looked at many options, but this kit is great! You get 1 bottle of descaler, 2 filters and 4 rinse pods. The directions are very easy to descale your coffee maker. You follow the instructions on which buttons to push to initiate descaling based on your specific brewer. The filter replacement is every other month and just takes about 5-10 minutes to soak the filter, rinse under tap water and install into the water reservoir. The rinse pods can be used to remove any flavor coffee you have used so no carry over taste. This descaling process is necessary for maintaining your brewer’s performance. After the process is completed I do a few cycles of just running water through and there is no taste from cleaning. The descaler solution has a very mild smell when the bottle is opened, but no issue after the process is completed. This kit is the best value, in MY opinion, to keep your brewer performing properly.

It worked but to get to the instructions you had to peel the label to read the backside. Peeling the label to get to the instructions practically took longer than cleaning the coffee maker. The instructions were not very clear either.

This is not a complete 3 month cleaner. Descaling solution is for 1 month. 3 water filter 3 rinse cups not sure what they I did use one though. The descale did work well.

My only issue is I have tried several products to “descale” my keurig and the light DOES NOT stop blinking!!! I was hoping that by using the brand name product it would stop the blinking light. *Obviously that is not a product issue. That’s a defect in the machine. **After descaling and following the instructions to. T. Then, using the rinse pod, my machine is working like brand new!
