I bought this because it was inexpensive and I need something to measure gemstones to make mountings for them. And there are various other things, metric or English units, such as hardware items and furniture and car parts, that it's just nice to be able to slap a caliper on and take a measurement of right then and there. This unit is a little large and I'd prefer one that's physically smaller. But the price was right, it works great, and it meets my current needs. It seems accurate enough, in under 10mm range, when I checked its results against some gemstones that had already been measured with higher grade calipers. This was affordable and it comes with a nice storage & carrying case. I recommend it.

I've had this digital caliper for a few months now, and really like it. It's a great value for the price, has held up (so far), is easy to use and has an easy to read display. No complaints about it at all, and would recommend it to others looking for a cheap, reliable digital caliper.

It's useful for measuring the inside and outside diameter in standard or matric. I've checked it against other instruments and it's very accurate. Good price for a nice tool.

It's a bit cheap and flimsy, being plastic, but you get what you pay for. if you're looking for something cheap to have around the house for home applications and hobbyist type things it's great. Accuracy is spot on. Coming with an extra watch battery was a nice little plus.

I got these for ear stretching purposes. Very helpful, especially as you size up, to make sure you aren't using a guage or size that's bigger than it should be. Many items are handmade and can be slightly off in size, but that slight difference could potentially cause issues. I didn't need an expensive set for this. Just something small, easy to use, and accurate. These fit the bill perfectly. Also come with an extra battery, which is nice.
