My bathroom sink was clogged. So clogged that the dirty water in it sat for two days and did not drain at all while I was waiting for this item to be delivered. Less than a minute of using this drain snake and I removed a big mess of hair and gunk from my sink and it once again flowed freely. I was honestly amazed at how well it worked, and how quickly. Well worth the cost if you consider the reusability of the product and what it would cost to have a plumber out to clear the drain.

Not a negative, but do wish it came with more than five wands in the bundle as you go through them pretty quick with all the gunk this thing pulls up! Hindsight - should have bought more wands. It does say you can clean it off if desired, but that it's nasty and also quite difficult, and I'll just stick to recommendation to toss it in the trash.
