Extremely fast. About 40 seconds to refill. Awesome for when we have a lot of company over.
Replaced the kohler slow filling silent fill valve that came with kohler toilet.
The downstairs has a red cap fill valve and will buy this for that one too.
Easy installation. The instructions are in English, written in very clear English and help if you have to make any adjustments.
What I did is took out the old kohler one which is made by fluidmaster and laud them side by side. Made the new one have the same height and fill level lengths. Installed. Poof worked perfectly with zero adjustments.

after 15 years, a couple of the toilets in my house needed to get the valve replaced, and I found this one easy to install, without special tools, and so far they work very well. I even bought one to keep around in anticipation of the one toilet that I haven’t replaced the valve in yet. The price was good, and the instructions were decent. Read them!

I've used this brand in the past and they had quality problems. These ones seem to be working fine. My problem in the past was they'd last about a year then the valve would start leaking. The last two I had did that. This one seems okay, so maybe they fixed the quality issue.

Toilet was audibly running where the water wasn't shutting off. I tried the adjustments made on top of the installed unit. It worked for a day and went back to constantly running/leaking.

Bill had shot up to $110 (2 months in a row because I didn't catch it). After I replaced the old with this unit..the following month it was back down to $30-45. ..sometimes less.

Very easy to install..read the manuel so you understand how to make adjustments to the water levels etc. The instructions stated it would come preset - and for me, it was 98%. I had to adjust it just slightly but, maybe that's me and my OCD.

Works fine and ai didn't know the old unit name brand.or sive. This was universal and had a great way to adjust the height of the unit.

Good stuff here.

Long story short: I'm extremely happy with this purchase.

My toilet was making an annoying high pitched squealing noise for months. It was somewhere between someone letting air out of a balloon or a dog yelping for a prolonged amount of time. Yes, it was awful. This always happened after a flush but sometimes even late at night it would just start up. Recently, I would get shorter versions of this noise just turning faucets on and off in the house and that's when I knew it was time to figure out what was wrong and fix it. I watched a ton of videos and chatted with every AI companion about it; yes, that sentence is absolutely as sad as it sounded. Eventually everything seemed to point to the toilet fill valve as the culprit. One night the noise woke me up and so I flipped the lid off my toilet tank and timidly tapped on the fill valve and lo and behold the noise instantly stops.

I checked every video about replacing fill valves and the process seemed relatively straight forward. I bought this because it seems to be the popular Amazon product and a few of those videos I watched actually linked to it. Sorry, didn't use a referral link, though.

It came today. To my pleasant surprise, it also came with very detailed instructions and with pictures. They don't really make instructions like this anymore. I think this might be my mid-life crisis. It was every bit as easy an installation as the videos said it would be. I probably spent a good 40 minutes on it; probably longer than most people will but I wanted to make sure I did it right and finally there's no more noise when I flush. Only serenity.

Maybe you have this same noise? Maybe a new fill valve will fix it? I don't know. I'm not a plumber. And that's kind of the point. I'm just some random idiot that fixed the toilet and a noise that was driving me up the wall. If something goes wrong I'll let you know, but right now I would definitely recommend this product if you need a new fill valve.

We have an older toto toilet and the fill valve was screaming. Every time we flushed the toilet our cats were terrified. With a bucket to catch any drips I was able to get this installed in less than 15 minutes. The instructions were clear and it's working like a charm.

I have fairly new toilets not sure why the fill valve wouldn't shutoff. These fill valves are incredibly easy to install. I love the little valve used to increase or decrease the level of water in the bowl itself. Very easy to adjust. Good quality, ease of installation, simple setup.
