This thing is pretty good at handling daily kitchen scraps with its 1/2 horsepower motor. It grinds up food waste quickly, keeping the sink clear and avoiding clogs. So, no complaints there.
Durability is still up in the air since I haven't had it for long. It feels solid, though, so I'm hoping it stands the test of time with regular use. Fingers crossed!
Installing it had a bit of a learning curve, but I got it set up without too much hassle. It fit right into my existing setup, but I can see why some people might opt for pro installation just to be safe.
It's not super quiet, but it's not too loud either. The SoundSeal tech helps keep the noise in check, which is nice.
As for upkeep, I haven't found any regular maintenance stuff yet, but I've heard running cool water through it after use helps keep it clean.
The only downside I can think of is it doesn't come with a power cord, so you've got to buy that separately.
All in all, I'm liking it so far. Seems like a solid pick for a mid-range garbage disposal. I'll keep you updated as I get to know it better!
