    I bought this to use for crafting work. It can be clamped to the back of the chair for over the shoulder light for knitting or needle work. It's very bright and really helps. Brightness can be increased or decreased and well as the color can be changed.
    It's easy to change where I want to be in the room. It's small and very light and can be put in just the right angle.

    Sold as a reading light but with so many additional applications. We were looking for a clamp-on lamp to facilitate painting at an easel, and bought this lamp based on the size, color range and dimming ability. The small size makes it unobtrusive and the color range and dimmability make it easy to supplement natural lighting. Excellent product. Arrived one time with next day prime shipping.

    The clip is strong enough to hold, but doesn't scratch up surfaces. The light is definitely bright enough, and adjustable enough to help with reading, crafting, photography, or just as a little night light. And you can run it off a battery pack, plug it into your computer, or into an outlet. They're surprisingly durable too. And it's so adjustable.

    I bought two and use them for Zoom meetings and streaming. Much like that gent in the video review said: buy two, set them to either side of you and just above eye level. Do that, and it greatly reduces hotspots and reflections, and is still cheaper than getting a single namebrand streaming light.

    They FUNCTION. The clamps are strong, the flex wires easily hold their positions, and the lights and get BRIGHT. I actually use them on the lowest setting of the full-color option.

    10/10, do recommend.

    I needed a light I could position manually that I could also clip to my easel for painting. I had originally wanted a battery powered light but I am very glad I went with this plug-in one instead! It has a USB charger so I could plug it into a portable charger if I ever wanted to use it somewhere away from power.

    Brightness is excellent. There are multiple levels of brightness but I don't tool around with anything but the brightest. The three white balance color options (warmer, cooler, and daylight? Idk) are good to have but I find that the neutral most one looks best.

    Based on some other people's reviews, I try not to mess with the placement of the light too much to ensure I don't overwork it and don't eventually break down the thing that holds the arm's shape.

    I keep the light on for my entire painting session (several hours in a row) and I find that it works well and has kept up for the entire month I have had it and used it nearly every day.

    I am happy with this. I don't know how it will hold up in another month's time with this kind of abuse, but if I have to replace it in a couple months, I will have gotten my money's worth.

    I got this to help me paint at my table. It's just what I wanted - Small, bright, durable, inexpensive, energy-efficient/cheap to run, and very adjustable. It's got 3 light colors, but I like running it in the 1st combined mode for the brightest and most even color. There's nothing I dislike or would change about it. It's an ideal light for reading/painting at home and the clamp only takes up about a 2"x2" area when it's on, so this light is even good for very small tables and shelves. This light + a folding TV table makes for a good mobile "instant art station"... though you may also want a USB extension cord for that use case :)

    UPDATE: I found a bit of a trick for this light. The light is clamped securely on even if the clamp isn't pushed entirely onto the table or shelf. That little space between clamp and table is quite useful. You can put a pen or brush in there to hold it for a moment while you do something else, or even put a dowel rod in there to make a temporary spot to hang a painting while it dries. It's a minor thing but it's very useful sometimes.

    This item has easy brightness settings and gives the best reading ability that adjusts to meet your needs. I feel like I stole this product because the value for the money was insanely good. It’s very lightweight but durable. The light is cool to the touch so you don’t have to worry about getting burned. Go buy one you will be so glad you did.
