    I normally open my garage using the button in my car, and when my car was in the shop I wanted to be able to open and close it without having to get out each time so I bought this one. It was easy to connect to my Craftsman opener and has worked great for me. I am happy to have a backup opener again! I recommend this replacement because it works and is a great value for the money.

    Really easy to program - can do 3 different brands of opener -diff program/ brand per button. No instructions on how to R/r battery but they (2032 ? ) last many years anyway . Tested range at 150’ -good enough - try further later on . 4 vehicles 3 doors 3 places . All #1s are house #2 woodshop #3 metal shop - good price too - Very happy

    Follow the instructions and it is really easy to program. I'm super impressed with the range of this. I can open the door from further away then my son can with his opener! Great replacement. I have a LiftMaster. They wanted double the money for this at HD and this one is just as good.

    I agree with reviewers who complained about poor quality of instructions. Thanks to reviewers’ tips and YouTube, it was quick and easy to program the remote after a bit of reading and watching to learn how. It works fine so far. The price was great.

    Once I read the directions, it programmed to my garage opener immediately.
