    The bearings were shot in several of rollers on my garage door making it noisy and unstable. I decided to order these and see if they would return it to it's original working order. Installing them was a breeze aside from the lowest roller, which was slightly more tricky due to the tensioning cable. Watch videos on youtube how to do this, as there is quite a bit of tension on that cable. It's important to replace that last roller while the door is up.

    After the replacement, my garage door not only operates more smoothly but is also MUCH more quiet! Time will tell as far as longevity of these rollers, but my initial impressions are very good. They appear to be built very well, they work great and are sealed to keep out dust and dirt from the bearings. The nylon rollers keep everything quiet.

    I definitely recommend these for your old, ailing garage door that you've been neglecting for years. :)

    My garage door is 10 years old and has some squealing wheels. Just replaced them with Dura-Lift door rollers. Glad I did. Well worth the price. Now my door is super quiet combined with Lift Master DC drive door lift. Installation was easy except the bottom wheels that has the cable attached to the bracket. The bottom brackets have two keyhole punch outs that slide into two keyhole slots on the sides of the bottom panels. I raised the door to a good working level and clamped the cable to a bracket with vice grips. pushed up on the door then removed the cable from the lifting dog, removed the two bolts then tapped it downwards then the bracket came off to replace the wheel. All of the other wheel brackets were easy to remove and replace the wheel. It took 1 1/2 hours to do all 10 wheels. I would bet a garage door company would want $300.00 to doo this.

    These are very nice quality rollers, movement is very smooth and quiet. My rollers didn't end up being the cause of the noise in my particular case but I'm still glad I replaced them because my old rollers were shot. These are a significant upgrade from the original rollers that came with my door. Replacing these allowed me to eliminate the rollers as a source of noise which led me to determine it was my pulleys that needed to be lubricated.

    Instead of bending the track to replace the bottom rollers I moved the door to the highest position then put c-clamps underneeth the bottom roller on each side along the track to keep it from moving. This relieved the tension enough to safely replace the bottom rollers. For the rest of them I just unscrewed the roller hinge brackets from the door.

    Install was easy, did the entire door in about 30 minutes.

    Replaced all rollers in my garage door. It's easy to replace, most of the brackets can simply be removed to replace the roller. The top rollers are also easy to replace, the bottom brackets require extra attention as the cable attached to the bracket makes removing it dangerous, there is a lot of tension on it. This applies only to garage doors that have the springs in the middle above the door and are attached to the bottom
    bracket with cables, again there IS a lot of tension on the cables. DO NOT attempt to remove the bracket!
    When replacing the bottom rollers I lifted the door all the up to clear the bottom tracks and simply loosened the track enough to slide it out of the way, then pulled the door down, until the bottom rollers
    cleared the upper track, installed the new rollers, tightened all screws on the bottom tracks, making sure they maintain proper alignment, and you're done. Works great and a lot quieter in operation.

    Have you priced these @ the big box stores? Ridiculous!! But besides the obvious value, the quality is amazing! Before the neighbors could hear the door open and close. Now it’s so quiet I have to look at it operate to see it open! Don’t replace just one or two,, replace them ALL!!

    I have three single stall garage doors, about 10 years old. Fairly noisy, but still work well. In 40 minutes I changed the rollers on one door by removing the lower part of the track on each side. I DID NOT have to remove the lower roller bracket - by removing the track the bottom rollers slide out and are easily replaced. Only the top roller required the bracket to be removed - but still easy to do. Do not remove the bottom bracket - all the tension is on the two bottom brackets, remove the track instead, much better, safer, and easier. Video on you tube. Now I’ll change the roller on the other two doors.
