    It was hard to see or measure the old plug. But this one looked about right and listed our brand of toilet as compatible. So i added couple small things and got the overnight delivery. Not too many things more urgent than a broken toilet. Got it early am. Old one came off easy and this one went on easy. Only fiddling was some trial and error with chain length. Ended up using 4th link and now it works perfect. No leaks. Not expensive.

    I ordered two of the 2" flappers. Quick shipping and nice price. Took less than two minutes to install. No more phantom flushes since installed, so no more wasted water.     Works as advertised other than the chain is too short for most standard toilets ended up having to put together paper clips to extend the chain on the flapper in order for it to work properly but it does work after that

    Toilet tank kept slowly loosing water but no leaks around toilet. The item was easy for me to replace in the tank and fixed the problem. I was going to be to call a plumber, but a friend suggested replacing instead. It worked! Plus I saved so much money.
