    These did exactly what I wanted them to for the purpose I bought them, and I was able to use another of them to do another job that needed remedying.

    These hold my buckets well — straight off the wall so the bottom is parallel with the floor. Also, they are good at holding a Swiffer mop up on the wall.

    The build is solid. The screws it comes with are usable.

    I had to hang a 32' ladder at a condo complex that has been laying on the ground for years trapping leaves & trash and turning green with mildew so I finally ordered a set of hangers for it and these work perfectly. I read the reviews and details to make sure I didn't buy anything too long or too short (like a surprising amount of others I saw out there) and luckily I picked these. Two of the hooks were more than sufficient to hang the ladder horizontally across a shed wall, the 3" screws (and anchors if needed) were long and strong enough (it also came with smaller screws for smaller ladders) and the brackets themselves are rock solid. Two will do the trick for most ladders but I would use 3 for a 40' or bigger. Good thing it came with 4 hooks so I have 2 spares for another place if needed.

    These hooks worked great for hanging workout equipment, very sturdy and a good size. My only complaint is that the screws that it came with are silver and the hooks are black. It would have been five stars if the screws matched the hooks

    The hooks themselves are decent quality. They seem sturdy enough. They come with a mounting kit consisting of some plastic hollow wall anchors and Philips head screws. The mounting kit is the weak point.

    Using a regular cordless screwdriver, I attempted to drive the mounting screws directly into 2x4 studs in my garage. Most of the heads simply snapped off when the screw started encountering resistance and some torque was applied. Wound up using other screws to mount the hooks.

    I learned years ago to never use plastic hollow wall anchors in drywall. They simply don't hold. I'd imagine the screws that come with the kit would probably be OK screwing directly into a soft, plastic hollow wall anchor. But being the heads snapped off so easily, you have to wonder about the shear strength of this el cheapo deluxe metal the screws are made of.

    Hooks of this size, I wouldn't normally put more than 15-20 pounds on them. With the screws they come with, I'd cut that to 5 pounds, assuming you can even get the screw fully driven before the head snaps off. I have several of these hooks mounted directly to studs with other screws, and in drywall with metal, screw-in hollow wall anchors and the screws that come with those hollow wall anchors. Have all kinds of heavy extension cords and air hoses on them. The hooks are sturdy, but do not count on the mounting hardware that comes with them. Assume you'll have to figure out your own solution.
