This fit just a little different from the one original to my house, but it was easy to install and looks really nice. No issues with it whatsoever. Good value. I wish I had just bought a new one long before this instead of having to power wash and spray paint the old one over and over. Would recommend.

Right Vent and Easy Install BUT

The 12" x 8" fit correctly and easy to install. However, the holes to fasten the 12" x 6" were about 1/4 " off. So I had to drill a new hole in the grille and it fit perfectly. I don't think the problem was with the grille but more likely the original fixture to attach the grille to was from the 70's and at that time the holes were slightly less than 12" OR the original installation of the fixture was not done correctly. I think the adage about the walls in a room may look even all around but isn't quite perfect if you measure it fits here.

The only negative I would say is that it was slightly bent in shipping. But, item is as described. Perfect fit and great for the price!
